Subtle Path Meditation Sessions

Subtle Path Meditation is an integrative approach to meditation, blending mindfulness and guided visualization. Each session will begin with a topical discussion. Practice itself will be unique to the day and often begins with the foundational practice of the exploration of the Body Mandala. From there, we will approach the riddle of silence in different ways, each helping to untie the knots of disconnection and dissociation that are thought of as normal, to help prepare the way for the path of silence. Practice can include both creative visualizations used to coax our latent intelligences and spacious passages where we simply bathe in the experiences we have invoked.
